How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery generally takes approximately 6–9 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to carrier delays. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Love Forever Apparel offers free shipping on all U.S. orders.

How do I choose the correct size?
Please review the size chart provided on the product page before placing your order. If you prefer a looser fit or are between sizes, consider sizing up. Because sizing can vary by garment style, we recommend checking the measurements for each product.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may enter production quickly. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it may no longer be eligible for changes or cancellation.

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request an eligible return. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags or packaging included.

For non-damaged returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us promptly at support@loveforeverapparel.com and include your order number, the item name or style, and clear photos showing the issue. Once we review your request, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

How should I care for my apparel?
For best results, wash apparel inside out in cold water with similar colors. Tumble dry on low or hang dry when possible. Do not iron directly over printed artwork or graphics.

Will the colors look exactly the same in person?
We do our best to represent product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, fabric, and garment color.

Are your products made to order?
Many Love Forever Apparel items are produced after an order is placed. This helps us offer a wider variety of designs, colors, and sizes while reducing unnecessary inventory.

How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.

What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout. Payment options may vary depending on your location and the checkout method selected.

Is my payment information secure?
